PRODUCTION QUALITY DIGITAL PRINTERS
One of the most important parts of your mailing campaign is the end product itself – the material that you’re actually mailing. In order to catch the eye of your audience and to clearly inform them of what you’re trying to convey you need production quality printing. Crisp, bright and clear printing can make the difference in your campaign.
Our production quality printers can produce beautiful black and white or short run colour printing for your business and charity. Our machines are capable of high speed printing of merged documents.
Merging documents is the personalisation of any document (letters, statements, invoices, postcards or just name & addresses) on envelopes. It can be as simple as adding a name & address, or printing complex financial or personal information in multiple places within the document.
The speed of printing will depend on the conformation of your document. The conformation refers to the way your document is printed such as A4, A3, single sided or double sided.
Our digital printers can take care of all of that for you.
To get an idea of our high speed production compared to going to your office printer, we can print up to 8,160 A4 single sided pages per hour per printer (and we have quite a few printers!)

HIGH SPEED PRODUCTION FOLDING MACHINES
Have you ever wondered who folds all those newsletters, letters, posters and documents that are delivered to your door?
Are you daunted by the idea of running your campaign and having to do all that folding for yourself?
The truth about folding is that it’s less a “who” and more a “what” that is responsible for folding all those documents. At Adelaide Business Bureaux we have high speed production folding machines at our disposal that do exactly that.
Our folding machines will ensure that you get that perfect fold every time. If you’ve ever tried to fold 100 letters back-to-back you will know that this is nearly impossible! Even if you can achieve the perfect fold, there’s no way you will be able to match the speed and efficiency of these machines.
Our machines are capable of folding up to 20,000 A4 pieces of paper per hour. The great news is that our folding machines are all part of our processing service, and our complete printing and mailing solutions.
How small does your letter need to get? No matter what your answer to that question is, our folding machines can help you. Our machines fold to the following sizes:

ENVELOPE ENCLOSING MACHINES
We have two types of envelope enclosing machines at Adelaide Business Bureaux.
INTELLIGENT ENCLOSING MACHINES
When you’re undertaking a bulk mailing campaign how do the letters and posters get into the envelopes and who makes sure that they all end up in the right place?
Sometimes envelopes need to be packed with several personalised documents in a specific order and, of course, that all-important mailing information needs to be facing the front. That’s where intelligent enclosing comes in.
Our intelligent enclosing machines enclose two or more personalised inserts into an envelope without error. Don’t worry about checking and double checking every envelope before sending them off. Intelligent enclosing is completed using barcode readers to ensure perfect accuracy.
The process involves barcoding each personalised insert at the printing stage. This ensures that when each personalised piece goes through the enclosing process they are scanned by a barcode reader, to ensure that each individual piece matches and is accounted for. In the same process they are folded together and enclosed in an envelope.
It’s as easy as that!
To get an idea of how long it takes to do all that, our intelligent enclosing machines are capable of enclosing up to 10,000 DL pieces per hour.
In the past the matching of two personalised pieces would have been done manually and sometimes this is still the case. If the piece is large or shaped unusually then (i.e not able to be processed by machine) these jobs are completed by experienced staff, all as part of our processing service.
BASIC ENCLOSING MACHINES
Not all machines are made equally, but our basic enclosing machines can still handle a range of enclosing tasks that we can take off your hands.
We have several basic enclosing machines at our disposal, and each of them can enclose one personalised piece with up to five generic pieces. Again, this depends on size and thickness of inserts and testing is recommended to ensure that machine enclosing is an option when this number of inserts is required.
Our basic enclosing machines do not have a barcode reader but are still capable of enclosing up to 10,000 DL pieces per hour, per machine.
WRAPPING MACHINE
If you need to print, package and deliver your material, you might have realised that there’s more to it then you first thought. For example, the wrapping that covers magazines, newsletters and promotional material is a processing option that is worth considering.
Wrapping can make a big difference to the overall presentation of your package, It is highly visual and instantly allows the recipient to view your offer.
Wrapped packages can be personalised direct to the intended target via an address sheet, or generic (non-personalised) packages can be produced for bulk “letterbox” drops.
The process of wrapping involves a clear envelope being formed around your magazine or newsletter and the address sheet. The whole package is then heat sealed, producing a strong product that is water resistant and visually stunning, presenting the contents in the best possible light.
If you’re sending out non-personalised letterbox deliveries, then wrapping is ideal. Where two or more pieces need to be delivered, wrapping acts as a great substitute for an envelope. Wrap is less expensive than traditional envelopes and offers good protection, whatever the weather.
INK JET ADDRESSING PRINTS
An essential part of effective direct mail campaigning is, of course, the actual postage element. There’s no point printing, packing and wrapping your great campaigns, newsletters and flyers if they’re never going to reach their location. This is where that all-important address comes in.
With our ink jet addressing machine the days of adhering manual labels to envelopes are almost gone. For you, this means removing yet another time-consuming element in your communication process. Let us take care of all of that for you.
The ink jet addresser is primarily used for the addressing of packages that do not contain any personal pieces. Packages that are free of personalised pieces need an address on the envelope to get to where they need to go. The ink jet addresser will take care of that for you.
The ink jet addresser is also used for the addressing of promotional postcards.
The ink jet addresser prints mailing barcodes, names and addresses directly onto the front of plain-faced envelopes or postcards. These barcodes are essential for postal discounts, which is a major factor when you’re sending in bulk. Our addressing machine can print onto envelopes sized C6 to B4 and it works quickly.
In fact, the ink jet addressing machine is capable of addressing an average of 10,000 envelopes per hour, dependent of size.
